BBB serving Central, Coastal and Southwest Texas hosted the most recent
BBB Shred Day on Saturday, April 18, 2009, shredding and recycling more than 40,000 pounds (over 20 tons) of financial records and other sensitive documents.
BBB Shred Day offers
FREE on-the-spot document shredding and the distribution of advice for protecting your identity from ID thieves. Consumers and businesses can bring boxes or bags of documents to be shredded and take home the tips and resources they need to help protect themselves.
BBB Shred Day is a semi-annual event. The next event will be held Saturday, October 10th. To participate in this highly visible event, please contact Amanda Buck at 512.206.2812. Please check back for more details as we get closer to the event!
