| DESCRIPTION | BBB has immediate openings for inside sales reps at our Austin and San Antonio offices. BBB’s focus is to create a community of trustworthy businesses. BR Reps locate and contact businesses in our service area that are willing to distinguish themselves by supporting and encouraging the highest principles of ethical business practices. BR Reps qualify businesses and, if eligible, personally invite them to apply for accreditation with BBB. Prior to contacting a business, all leads are verified and cleared of any disqualifying items on record. BR Reps are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and businesslike manneranytime that individual is representing the BBB. BR Reps serve as an educator for the BBB, explaining the services offered by the BBB and how they would benefit the business and the community. - Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday)

| DESCRIPTION | BBB has immediate openings for inside sales reps at our Austin office. Online Directory Representatives conduct the sale of the exclusive online BBB Member Pages program. Reps work with new and renewing Accredited Businesses to ensure all paperwork and artwork for their Member Pages listings are complete. - Responsible for all outstanding accounts receivable
- Work with communications department to create communications for Member Pages program
- Make contact/sales notes in BBB database, as appropriate
- Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
- Commission-based with high income potential
- Outbound calling (minimum 50 calls per day)

| QUALIFICATIONS |
- Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information and documents with confidentiality
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and ability to operate most standard office equipment
- 5 years proven sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
